for the low calories and zero net carbs and relatively high fiber, I think these are an awesome choice for those like me who are trying to lose weight. The texture is soft and stretchy, gummy some might say, but they do just fine for my high protein breakfast tacos (egg whites with meat and sometimes avocado topped with cilantro) and I even use them in place of high calorie, high carb pita for a chicken meatball "wrap" with tzatziki or garlic sauce and tomatoes and onions - yum! I also use for just tacos - 94 lean beef with a little cheese and onions is so satisfying and so diet friendly! These are a must have for my life!
