Cooking Instructions - General - Heating Instructions:. Tortillas may be heated on a skillet or electric griddle, on the grill, or in the microwave. Microwave - From Ambient - Place 4 to 6 tortillas between two damp paper towels. Microwave 30 to 45 seconds or until heated through. Wrap in a cloth or Mission® tortilla keeper until ready to serve. Shallow Fry - From Ambient - For best results, heat tortillas on an ungreased skillet over medium-high heat for 10 to 15 seconds. Flip and heat for another 5 to 10 seconds.

these are our favorite wraps. They are soft and delicious..We use for fish tacos, any deli meats and for peanut butter and jelly wraps to take on the Trail for hiking or for Boating since don't need to keep cold. i make PB%26 J wraps most days since they keep if you don't eat right away.

There is not much that can ruin a tortilla, but I look for soft, fresh, not too thick, not too thin. Some taste already past their prime. Yes, they may soften up with heating but I don't always want them heated. I have always preferred the Mission brand.
