This thing is GREAT!!! I couldn't get rid of a headache one week and a friend had one frozen and said here try this, hubby bought it for me constant migraines. Beings that she'd never used it and it also had been in the fridge for days~I used it and got his moneys worth in 30 minutes!! I don't recommend having it cold as I had to take it off because I felt a brain freeze coming. But cool is nice, freezing not so much. And when I bought my own Stuff tried it warm and that too is nice!!! Definitely comforting and feels nice when you just wanna crawl into a dark hole!
