Haven't been on it long enough to know if it works. But historically have been put off mineral supplements due to smell. This product doesn't smell strongly of anything. It does have a slight ashy smell, but very slight. To get an honest sense of the flavor we did a one ounce shot straight. It doesn't have a horrible flavor. It is relatively tasteless but leaves an aftertaste on your tongue. Not unpleasant just noticeable. Had to brush our teeth after as it left our tongues brown. Depending on if we notice a difference, we will probably order more. I am always deficient in minerals so hope to notice anything. My only issue with the product was mostly with shipping. Probably the temperature (summer) of the shipping path pushed some product out. I lost about a tablespoon of product. And had this been something that spoils, it would have had to be returned. As is, it stained several items in the box. Makes me wonder if the product packaging is maybe something that needs investigated a bit?
