Love this chocolate so so much!! Amazing quality. I was so happy to finally have found an organic chocolate with no added sugar (almost nothing else like this out there!) but have tried ordering it so many times only to have it canceled due to stock. Will it ever come back in??

Best part: No sugar.

Sugarless chocolate has its own distinct flavor. In fact, chocolate bars with sugar added makes for a worse taste, in my opinion. To be honest, though, "no sugar added" 100% chocolate bars CAN still vary in taste among manufacturers. While the Mill City Organics bar is quite pleasant and melty-chocolaty when a nearly half-ounce sugarless sectional is popped in your mouth, there is MCO's "organic" part that strengthens the deal. Plus they claim to participate in "fair trade" sourcing: Got to pay the farmers a living wage so they will grow more. Finally, it is a delight that the eight scored sectionals per bar actually crack on the score lines when at room temperature. Really, I have run across 100% chocolate bars that are impossible to break on the "suggestive" score lines.
