Milenco MIL-4381 Falcon Towing Mirrors - Pair

I attached these to a 2019 Ford F150 after trying another mirror set that slipped over the entire existing mirror. (My F150 has the tow package and mirrors with smaller convex ones built in to give a wider view. The slip ons showed nothing more than the small convex built in, which is why I returned them.) I decided I did not want add ons that strapped over the existing mirrors; too many report of falling off. The local auto retailers I checked all sold strap ons. The Ford F150 outer housing has an edge at a slope angle. They made the clamp on this not stay tight,I discovered on my first "higher speed" use. The clamp loosened and mirror would,have fallen off. I THINK THIS IS SOLVABLE. I plan to put a layer of foam weather seal tape under the clamp which will level off the slope angle for a flat fit. Simple. The good part. This mirror allowed viewing wider and longer than the small convex. I could see more traffic behind and longer view for changing lanes. I recommend trying this mirror as really good value and well built.
