Mila Chicken Soup Dumplings, 10 Count, 8.8 oz Bag (Frozen)

Milos chicken soup dumpling is an excellent surprise. The dumplings are moist and if one bites into it juice will be dripping down one's chin. I am guessing that that's why they make these dumplings bite size. One can fit a whole one in a very small mouth comfortably. Then when one bites down on them the juice explodes into your mouth. So make sure that they have cooled enough not to scald one I tried a soup dumpling from Bibigo and since that was the third or fourth item of that company that I tried I will never eat another product that they make. Bibigo dumplings are not moist enough to have any soup like content. The filling is bland and is typical of an endless number of packaged dumplings and gyoza that I've had both soup and regular. Absolute waste of money. The Milos soup dumplings have to be kept frozen until used. When cooking, air has to circulate all the way around them because if it doesn't the part that's blocked will not cook. One can tell it's not cooked because it will be white and gooey instead of firm. I forgot about this and put a lid on top that touched the top of them and so I had to flip them, and cook them again after carefully scraping them loose from the lid. They're very flavorful, but not spicy. I'm only mentioning the spicy part because it's on the list of things you might consider in your review. These are generally made by steaming. One can prepare them like regular fried dumplings. Boil water that is about a quarter inch deep and add the frozen soup dumpling to the boiling water. If the water is not boiling and you put these in they will dissolve in the water. Don't ever let them touch each other when you're cooking them, they will clump together and you can't separate them or they will rip apart. Like regular fried dumplings, let the water boil off and the bottom's brown and you get fried soup dumplings. which adds another layer of flavor. Or one can steam them and then fry the bottom in a non-stick pan until just browned. . I ate these too fast. A wonderful product.

These aren't just regular steamed dumplings. These are amazing steamed dumplings. If you let them cool off and put one in your mouth, you get a burst of juice that comes out with it, and it is phenomenal and full of flavor!
