Huge learning curve
Huge learning curve for this product but it’s WORTH IT. Just make sure as little steam escapes and take it out RIGHT AT 10 MINUTES. The photo attached is how it should look. Also, invest in the bamboo steamer baskets if you don’t have a way to steam bull items at home. ALSO THE UMAMI IS THE BEST.

We LOVE soup
We LOVE soup dumplings. We happened upon them in a video on social media about a year ago and me and my two daughters have been obsessed with them ever since. We've tried them at several different restaurants, but living in Utah - there aren't a lot of options. We've been so grateful that we can order them, since they take so long to make. Here are just a couple of thoughts: 1. We would love it if there was a way to do more soup, less meat. 2. When we run into something questionable in the meat (like bone or something like that) it's a pretty big turn off. 3. Any chance that you guys would try ground beef at some point?
