This little A/C unit. Fits well in the window. It blows really cold air as soon as it is plugged in and turned on. No worries about watching tv or talking on the phone. Very quiet unit. Ok, the air conditioner works great. The installation was very easy. It was in and running within a half hour. Well worth the money. I am very disappointed at the way the back looks. I have enclosed a photo. The box was in perfect condition so I feel like they shipped it anyway!!
