Ok, the air conditioner works great. The installation was very easy. It was in and running within a half hour. Well worth the money. I am very disappointed at the way the back looks. I have enclosed a photo. The box was in perfect condition so I feel like they shipped it anyway!!

Bang for the buck

After reading all of the negative comments about this air conditioner, I was very skeptical about purchasing it. I decided to go ahead and buy it because it was in stock and I didn't have to wait a week or so to receive it. My son and I installed it in his bedroom so that we can eliminate the strain on our Central Air Unit. Needless to say, it was very simple to install and the freezing cold air that it blows is such a relief. Don't be fooled by all the negative reviews. Those people are simply inept and hard to please. This is the perfect unit for a small to medium room and remembering to keep the door closed to maximize the efficiency of the unit.
