I ordered three bathmats for a bathroom in my home. Two arrived to my house, one was delivered to a wrong address in another state. Not a problem, these things happened, but Wal-Mart couldn't/wouldn't help me, I had to communicate with the Asian company overseas who kept insisting I received it because their end showed it as delivered. After too many emails to count, and once I finally stated I was going to fight the charge on my credit card, I finally received a credit. The two I did receive, were both the wrong colors, and one was the wrong size. The quality is awful so I went to return them to my local Wal-Mart. I was oddly, able to return one at the store, but I had to go through the overseas company again to get my last refund. Several emails later, I was finally able to get the final refund. I would think twice about buying on-line from Wal-Mart if they won't support you with errors and returns. I bought the item though them, it's the very least they could do.

This rug came dirty.
