Excellent tires and a challenging installation

I'm very happy with my tire purchase from Walmart — the quality is great, and the delivery was impressively fast. However, the installation process was more complicated than expected. We arrived at our scheduled appointment (with installation already paid for), but the technicians were unable to remove the old wheels. As a result, our appointment was canceled. We ended up purchasing the necessary tool at Walmart ourselves, removed the wheels manually, and rescheduled the installation. The tires were eventually installed successfully, but we had to pay again for the service. Getting a refund for the original installation took nearly a month and required several phone calls. Fortunately, a helpful manager at Walmart resolved the issue and we received a cash refund at the register. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and grateful for the final support, but I recommend improving communication and support around installation services.
