FedEx collected my jacket for return as it was a Christmas gift for my daughter, but it was too small. As a Walmart Plus member, FedEx picked up the item; however, FedEx/Walmart have lost the package, and I have yet to receive my refund or the jacket, a Michael Kors jacket purchased from Walmart's website in December. My daughter was upset since I promised to exchange it, but they only offered a refund, which I never received. I returned the item within the allotted timeframe. Still waiting on my refund. I would have kept the jacket and gifted to my youngest daughter. Shame on Walmart and FedEx.
