This is a good, brine fermented sauce. It is not vinegar heavy, like most, so the flavor of your food isn't overwhelmed. It doesn't taste like you're eating a Vlasic burrito. :)

It's better than most of the Tabasco ish sauces.

This is pretty good hot sauce for around $2 a bottle. I prefer a non vinegar sauce but this isn't overly vinegary. Heat is just about right for me.
