Very helpful for high heels

I put these in a high heel mule. The entire back has adhesive to keep them in place. Even though this shoe is very open and has a black insole, this light skin color pad hides discretely under the ball of my foot and toes. It might be more difficult to stick these in the correct place in a closed-toe shoe because they must be placed back from the tip of the insole in just the right place so the ridge on the pad sits under the base of the toes. It feels strong to last a long time and also maintains its cushion well and doesn't flatten like a foam pad. It really makes a difference, adding much more comfort where it's needed in a high heel. My shoes don't kill me anymore and I can wear them longer. It also feels a bit cool which is soothing.

Will sweep you off your feet

Zentoes gives your feet a sweet sigh relief with these simple, yet effective foot pads. No more sore spots, say goodbye bunions, pressure points, unbalanced interiors and/or pinching. Easy to wash and they will last you a while before needing replacement. These work well in all manners of movement - Exercise, walking, basic daily use or heavy duty. Pain Relief!

I have been using these metatarsal pads in my high-heeled shoes for several weeks now. I frequently experience foot pain (who doesn't) on the metatarsal part of my feet. These pads help to alleviate this pain. The raised metatarsal ridge fits perfectly. The pads are of very high quality. The covering feels silky smooth. The pads also stay put because of the removable adhesive on the underside.
