The volume or ounces wasn't super obvious in the product description, just obscure teaspoon serving amounts. So I got ‘got' with being surprised how small it was once received. The nice formula and brand trust in Metamucil is an easy Add to Cart. There's so many wild recipes and claims out there. I'm upping by fiber while using weight loss injectables and having trouble with constipation. Orange flavor goes well with many of the drinks I already consume, easy to toss in a scoop undetected.

Helped with feeling bloated. The taste wasn't bad. I buy the 6.1 oz. It will usually last me a week depending on how many times a day I take it. I take it up to two times a day, but you can take it up to 3 times a day. It doesn't make my stomach hurt.
