These are the same crisp cinnamon cookies as always. Note that, for those who like chocolate, the chocolate ones are actually quite good. Keep in mind that the 2-cookie packs give 5 grams of fiber but "cost" 100 calories. On the other hand, along with the fiber they provide long-lasting satiety. You will feel full %26 not keep snacking--without an injection ;)

These are not my everyday fiber supplement choice, but whenever I travel I make sure to have a couple of boxes to take with me.
