This pizza is very similar to a brick oven pizza. My son loves pizza and this is his first choice. The price is great. This pizza costs less than a Little Caesars pepperoni original. In my stove the cooking time is about 15 minutes which is less time then the directions indicate so be sure to check it at the 12 minute mark. The crust is like a pizza oven crust.

Red Baron used to be my favorite frozen pizza when I was a kid (a million years ago) but I hadn't really enjoyed it much as an adult (besides a brief time they had a pan version); however, I took a chance on the Brick Oven Pepperoni and thought it was really good. Great crust, good amount of meat and cheese, and the sauce was good. I tried a competitors wood fire pepperoni the next week and thought that hands down the Red Baron was the clear winner in taste, texture and value.

My boys have tried so many pizzas besides this red baron oven brick, they always tend to ask for this one specifically. What I do is follow the instructions and add a little extra cheese 16 minute and the crust is perfect, cook up to 18-20 minutes if you like a crunchier crust. Overall 10/10
