I bought this box of the Red pens because it was on sale. I really want to buy the black Tru Red gel pens and hope they also will go on sale. Smooth writing pens

These pens write very smoothly. The barrel has a slightly rubbery texture which makes it easy to hold in the hand and it doesn't slip. The cap snaps on securely without too much force. The tip had what looked like a glob of dried ink when I first got the pens but once that was removed it wrote well.
