Roku 75" Pro Series TV

TV is fantastic! Picture is even better than I expected! Roku system is extremely easy to set up and use! Purchase process online was simple and the delivery was on time with no complaints! Installation via Angi was not as great. It takes 2 people to install, but only 1 worker showed up. 30 minutes later I received an email from Angi saying that my install was cancelled and I needed to reschedule. The TV was already out of the box and the brackets were already installed on the TV and the wall. Though extremely difficult for a 70 year old, I managed to assist in lifting the 75 inch TV and hanging it on the wall. At the end of the day, the TV looks great on my wall, and the picture is superb. However, there is no accountability for the install! Simply put…Walmart needs a more reliable install service.

I would have liked to give a higher rating, but after unpacking the TV and hanging the 120lb TV on the wall, upon turning it on, I had a black 1.5" stripe down the middle of the screen. To top it off, the return process is billed as "Easy", well it was anything but ... after calling the Walmart support line and getting a barcode sent to me so I could take it to the local Walmart to get my refund, it turns out the barcode did not work even after being sent several times. Ended up leaving the TV at the Walmart and disputing the charge on my credit card.
