ac750 extender

a little confusing to connect to my concast wifi modem/router but after looking on the internet for other connection suggestions. The goggle search had an easier setup mode and the Netgear website didn't give any easy activating acess. Im thankful i got it setup after about 1hr reading and trying different activation ways. It connects on 5ghz but 2.4 ghz will not work i have no clue why cause i left both signals on when i was activating the ac750 extender. It just says wrong password when i try to connect to 2.4ghz even tho its the same password 5ghz and my regular wifi. Wooooooo works great upstairs and in the basement as well get it made in America!!
