This product has always worked very well for me. The only "trick" is to be sure to use enough of it. You have to remember it must reach whatever level the substance you are trying to treat reached. e.g.. if something went down to a carpet pad, or even subfloor, the product has to reach there too! I've poured it on in some cases. As long as you put on an adequate amount, and it is allowed to work long enough (I've even put a plastic sheet over the area if it's really bad so it doesn't dry out too quickly.) You want to give it enough time to work. Also, be aware, that often the odor will increase while it's wet, but just give it time! The worse the original situation, the more it may smell quite bad originally. But again, if you have put on enough product, and it's allowed to work long enough, I have had very good results. (One particularly bad situation took days, but it was very good in the end.) I've used this product for many years.
