The Metal Man FC130i is a 120V powered Inverter Flux Core Wire Welder that is economical and easy to use. Flux Core wire is used for welding steel materials only and requires no shielding gas. This is ideal for outdoor applications where portability is key. The leading edge Inverter Technology provides crisp, consistent and powerful welding performance out of this light weight easy to carry unit.. Inverter technology creates less heat loss resulting in a higher 30% duty cycle. The FC130i has dial adjustable wire feed speed and voltage controls and can weld steel from 18 gauge to 3/16” thick. Typical applications for this unit include home/hobbyist, construction, farm and ranch and light industrial applications.
