Would recommend as value for product - assembly ok but some hardware (washers) missing - hard to align and keep within specs BUT found trick - anchor one side - use straps to keep unit 12 ft wide - then use criss cross measure to align to be square - then anchor other side

The shipment came in 8 separate boxes and was well packed, so no items were damaged. Each box was pretty heavy, best to move with two people. The shipment arrived about a week before estimated - which was really helpful, so 5 stars for shipping. The instructions were adequate but require the builder to pay attention during assembly - overall not bad, 4 stars. The quality of the frame is excellent (this is a selling point). Assembly was not difficult for two people, but I could not have done this without an assistant. The roofing material was pretty thick and had a plastic film to protect it from the elements. Using the weather stripping at the roofing section seams creates a slightly uneven appearance when screwed together, but that was not an issue for me. It just didn't look as nice as advertised - but I am confident that it will prevent water from leaking through the seams. Getting the roof started was a 2 person job, but once started can be completed by 1 person. Overall 4 stars for the roof. The anchoring system consists only of 8 spikes that pass through the base of the frame. That is suitable for setup, but recommend getting hurricane anchors to protect the car port from strong winds associated with storms. I'll admit I got suckered by the photos of the sidewalls online. They are merely tarp "curtains" that hang from stabilizing rods and are affixed by velcro straps to the vertical supports of the frame. If you are expecting solid sidewalls, these won't cut it. However, corrugated steel is cheap and easy to affix to the frame with self-tapping metal screws. One other item I was disappointed with, the pictures on line show a medium-sized tractor (with enclosed cab) fitting easily underneath the carport. THis is misleading. I had to fold down the roll bar on my 37HP tractor to get it under the shelter. The 12' height advertised is to the peak of the structure, not a clearance as pictured. That said, if i had looked more carefully at the description perhaps that would have been evident - instead I was sold by a deceptive picture. Despite a couple of disappointments with the structure, it really is very solid and nicer than the comparable ones with 1.5" metal tube frames. If it was 6" taller my tractor would have fit with the roll bar up. Overall I give it 4 stars and recommend it to anyone looking for a sturdy carport. Additionally, the price dropped over $250.00 after I ordered mine - so the price is more competitive with some of the less sturdy competitors.
