Very strong ashwagandha
Ashwagandha is good for stress and anxiety, and for lowering cortisol levels. It helps me sleep better. If you take the recommended 3 capsules, you get at least 27.5 mg of withanolides - typically between 10 to 30 mg has been used in most studies. Because it is an adaptogen, it is recommended to pause taking it regularly - for example, you can take it 5 days a week and pause for 2 days.

Surprisingly good
I was told to combine this with rodhiola for caffeine free energy supplement and it is really the best herb combination both are next to my bed to take them first thing in the morning.

Very good product with quality , unfortunately the company increase the price ! Other wise i like it it was my first Ashwagandha to try as supplement, size and packaging very good no smell Benefit Helped me for sleep and stress And with mood also , no taste , the ingredients are okay
