This is the most unprocessed and natural bread you can eat. Does not compare to the over processed and full of additive american version of bread. The grains are whole. Don't badmouth this product when you never had an old world original product. The truth is your tastebuds are used to chemicals and this is pure mother nature. I grew up with these kind of products, and absolutely love this bread.
