I bought this to cut micro greens %26 man, it cuts like butter. I'm constantly wanting to use it for other stuff but I'm keeping it for micro greens only. The blade is so sharp that it cuts even woody stalks like butter. Highly recommend if you cut a lot in the garden and want a very sharp, handy medium blade. It could also cut blanketing herbs like thyme or flowers like phlox well.
