This is the VERY first thermal crew (and pants) that I have ever had that I can wear for a work-out in the gym through a formal event with my wife and I am 70! (I would shower of course):) It is warm and comfortable every time I wear them; (not too tight or not to loose)! While I sweat in the gym, it wicks the water away and at home dries quickly enough to wear later that day.
