Watch Warranty Terms 1、 Warranty period 1. Complete machine warranty: From the date of purchase, you are entitled to a limited time 1-year warranty service (based on the valid purchase certificate or warranty card date). 2. Fragile parts warranty: The warranty period for fragile parts such as batteries and watch straps is 3 months. 2、 Warranty coverage Under normal use, the following issues can be repaired or replaced free of charge: 1. * * Movement malfunction * *: Stop running, travel time error exceeds brand standards (such as ± 30 seconds/day). 2. * * Material defects * *: The plating on the watch case has peeled off, and the mirror has cracked due to non-human factors. 3. * * Process issue * *: Loose pointer, abnormal dial scale. 3、 Disclaimer clause (non warranty situation) 1. * * Human damage * *: Water ingress, impact, strap breakage, self disassembly of battery or case. 2. * * Abnormal use * *: Contact with corrosive liquids, long-term exposure to extreme temperatures or magnetic fields. 3. * * Missing voucher * *: Unable to provide purchase voucher, warranty card, or damaged product serial number label. 4. * * Mailing damage * *: Damage caused during transportation due to improper packaging (it is recommended to use original packaging and insure). 4、 Mailing warranty process 1. * * Apply for warranty * *: -Contact customer service (phone/email/online platform) to provide a description of the malfunction and a photo of the purchase receipt. 2. * * Testing and Maintenance * *: -After receiving it, the service center will conduct testing and inform the results within 3 working days. 3. * * Maintenance cycle * *: -Routine maintenance: Approximately 7-10 working days (calculated from the date of receipt of the watch). -Missing parts or complex faults: another time for negotiation
