I love the color and flavor that Turmeric adds to my culinary dishes! Add to that, it's a very healthy addition and it can't be beat. I do keep mine in the fridge rather than on the shelf. It's something I don't use a lot of, and refrigerated it keeps just this side of forever. An easy way to cook healthy!!
