Excellent Product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this toilet seat from Lixil VIP to review so here goes. First off, I was impressed with the design - very sleek looking. Love the way the cover hides the seat itself. Plus the piece that covers the hardware is genius - looks neat. Easy to install and very comfortable.

Very comfortable seat !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A nicely improved version of the one that came on My first Champion toilet 10 years ago! This newer model has a flatter seating surface, which makes it a more comfortable seat. The newer style clip on seat is easier to remove for cleaning and does not loosen or twist on the attachment bolts. American Standard has a winner here !!

Good looking and easy install

I got this replacement toilet seat because I wanted the slow closing functionality and liked the look of the cover hiding the seat when closed. I was initially confused when taking it out of the box, since it didn't slow close until It was installed. It was a quick and easy install taking less than 10 minutes. The only nitpick I have was the instructions offered two ways to do the install, top or bottom without specifying why you'd choose one over the other. Not being a plumber, I couldn't see any difference beside that the bottom install looked like it would take a little more effort and you'd have the screw nuts being visible. So I did the easy top install and it looks good to me. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
