Great decision to try this for our old dog.

Our blind (for 4 years) mini border collie loves this flavor, even more than her usual Iams Healty Digestion brand, and after two weeks her hair feels softer, her tummy functions seem as good as ever, and her attitude is great. Even the stray cat snuck in and had a meal of it (to which I gave him some cat food right then.) I chose this formula because it had the higher proteins but she LOVES the flavor.

We've been buying Iams large breed forever, and our picky German Shepherd Dog has decided she will no longer eat large kibble pieces. I compared the large breed food to this, and it stacked up pretty well so I gave it a try. So far, it's a big hit! Who would have thought the kibble size would make or break things?! After trying small dog food (when my mom and her miniature Schnauzer came to stay with us for a while), our big girl decided the size did matter. Hahaha. Dogs are so weird! Anyhow, this is the perfect compromise. It's nutritionally sound, and features smaller pieces. This is high quality dog food that we highly recommend! We've been buying Iams for 6 years and our German Shepherd Dog has maintained good health the entire time.
