I need a LOT of arch support and these provide the support I need. The quality seems to be good; however, I wouldn't say outstanding. I read many reviews complaining about the sizes being "wrong" - that is, the reviewers bought a size they normally choose when buying shoes and said the slippers didn't fit. I bought the size I usually select and the fit was fine.
