ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE QUICK DIGESTIVE ENZYMES!
I've been using Zand's Quick Digest enzymes for many years. It is nothing short of AMAZINGLY EFFECTIVE for my system when I have eaten too many proteins or simply too much food. I usually only need 1 tablet and within a few minutes, symptoms of bloating, gas, heartburn, burping are reduced dramatically. When I've overindulged way too much, I sometimes have to also take carbo veg (homeopathic remedy) as an add-on support. I would not choose to go without my quick digest tablets EVER.
