I initially went into store to buy this tv which I saw was 597.00. Then I get to register and it's $750. Take it back to tv area and I'm told the 597 is the internet price. So I went out to the parking lot and used my phone order on line. Had to make another trip back to pick it up. This is my complaint-why two prices? Seems misleading and kinda ****. You are charging me more when I buy it in the store?? Makes no sense

I was at store and had to order on line and then come back to store at 5 pm for pick up. On sale on line only ? Girl in that department did not want to help ? She needs to be fired ? Talking about me in front of me where I could hear her. Which I got her name. Told me she did not have tv in back and my account showed in stock. Most pick up is good but having to make two trips to store, just wrong.

This is my third Samsung TV (three in use right now) and the second of this model. Very good picture and sound, easy setup and settings, doesn't overwhelm with “smart” features, and easy to connect to other devices (like Apple TV) so you don't have to use its features at all
