Crayola Silly Scents Mini Inspiration Art Case Coloring Set, Scented Markers, Arts and Crafts, Drawing Gift for Kids, Ages 4+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Silly Scents Smash Up Minis in the Art Case are FANTASTIC! First of all, my kids were so excited when they came that they literally gathered around to open and begin smelling them (see photo)! My kids range in age from almost 4 to 11, so at this time there aren't really a ton of things they all get excited about the same time. My oldest two loved reading the names of the scents and the kids then smelled each one. They thought the names were so silly and funny. These products do Crayola justice! I've tried some other brands of scented markers, crayons, and pencils and had them 1. Smell like nothing at all or 2. Be so sickeningly overpowering that it actually induces a headache. These are the sweet spot- just right. They color just as good as the washable markers but they are a little harder to wash off than the standard Crayola washable ones which, at least on my kids, pretty much come off with a splash of water. I will say they come off of walls and floors just as easily as the washable ones (thank God for those magic eraser sponges). The case is clutch! We lose things a lot around this house. We've already taken them on the road to occupy my preschooler in the car pickup line while we waited for the big kids. They've also come in handy while we've waited in restaurants. By some miracle, we've had them a week and haven't lost any (we keep saying: “put them back in their home when you're done.” Their home is the little spot in the case haha). Another fun fact: my daughter noticed that if you rub the color with your finger on the page (after you've colored), the smell re-emerges, almost like a scratch and sniff sticker effect. Pretty cool! I have enjoyed Crayola products since I was a little kid, so it's pretty neat my kids can continue the tradition!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although a lot of the scents weren't too recognizable by my kids (2years and 5 years old), they still loved this set! We have the silly scented color pencils already and this is by far a better product. My kids loved the coloring sheets that came with it! As a parent, I love any toy that cleans up in itself so this comes with high ratings for me!
