Relief at last I had my ovaries and tubes removed. I was past menopause and had extreme dryness. I thought my life was destined to be painful and horrid. Moisture cream I received the cream along with my first months supply of pearls but have not needed to use it as of yet. My husband ordered the months supply for me and included the cream thinking I would need it as well. I have been using the pearls for two weeks and have had no need for the cream.
