Mellow's original Lagom Hybrid mattress is the perfect medium firm mattress layered with foam and pocket springs. The top foam layers are infused with copper and bamboo charcoal that have antimicrobial properties and help naturally control odors for a longer lasting mattress. Beneath the soft OEKO-TEX certified fabric cover are our premium foams and individually encased pocket springs, designed to give the mattress just the right amount of medium firm support. The special foam encasing around the pocket springs provides additional protective support so that your pocket springs stand tall and strong for a longer mattress life. Individually encased pocket springs move independently for reduced motion transfer and undisturbed sleep for you and your partner. To finish off, the anti-slip bottom makes Lagom the perfect mattress for any bed base or platform bed. Rest assured all Mellow mattresses are made with CertiPUR-US certified foams and include a 10-year manufacturer's warranty. Age Group: All Ages, Universal.

Seems to be a keeper
I was very skeptical of buying a mattress in a box solely based on bad reviews of all brands. Anyway I took a chance on this Mellow 8 inch version mainly based on the type of materials used, reviews, and it was on sale. It arrived a day early with a slightly damaged box, I thought oh crap, removed from box and bed was not damaged. Long story short. Removed from box in the morning and placed on box spring, removed plastic, there was zero smell ! Left it sit for only 24 hours before using the next night. The bed looked evenly decompressed except for a slight compressed look at the top and bottom edges. At time of review only slept in 1 night, it felt wonderful. I sleep on my sides a lot and usually have back and hip pain from my very old spring mattress. To quickly sum it up, would i buy it again, Yes. Zero smell. Really comfortable for me a side sleeper and my partner a back sleeper. Only time will tell how it holds up.

Love the mattress! I got the 12" and I am a big guy . It is the best nights speel without the pains I used to wake up with. Only been on it about a week now. I've slept soundly every night! Unpacking and setup went very smoothly. No smells whatsoever! I will be buying another around Christmas. The delivery of it went a littlewent a little wonky due to the carrier.
