It's really hard to sleep at night when you don't exercise your body during the day so yes, these came in perfect time for me. They don't taste that great but they are edible and they're kind of expensive, but I think it's worth it . It's better than drinking whiskey to get to sleep.😉

As a chronic insomniac, I already take multiple meds in order to sleep. These are great because you can just chew them and they taste like sweets (obviously keep them out of reach of any children). Great value for money - a crazy deal. The only negative is in the labelling - we've been caught out like this before. It says 12mg per serving, which is 2 tablets. So why not be upfront and just call them 6mg gummies, recommended serving 2? It's misleading and has led us to buy melatonin of the wrong strength before.
