works great, takes out set in stains. I used this on spots on my living room rug and with little work for my part the stains came out easily. I know it's supposed to be for a vehicle's upholstery and carpet. but carpet is carpet. I also used it on my light colored loveseat and everything came out of it as well. I would highly recommend.

The product itself works good, I had no major issues with it. The item that you put on the bottle to help scrub the carpet does not stay on very well. I just used a third-party scrubber. But it seemed to clean good and didn't have a weird smell.
