I really feel the difference!
I have been using Mega Red 4 in 1 for years at my doctor's recommendation. It really helps with my heart and joint problems. When I run out and skip it for a few days, I really feel the difference. I have tried using cheaper brands, but I always come back to Mega Red 4 in 1.

I was using an expensive krill oil product but found it extremely hard to swallow. I dont have any swallowing issues. I switched to Mega Red Omega-3s fish and krill oil and its great. easy to swallow, no fish burps or after taste. No GI issues! Highly recommend
