Good, solid, heavy duty unit. Well made. Extends easily. The up/down movement is minimal (12 degs I think it says), but every other direction movement is great. A built in bubble level made installation easier. Make sure you have two wood studs (16" center) in the area where you intend to mount the TV as it will not mount on a single stud (as my old non-movable mount would). They don't have to be exactly centered on the intended TV's final location, cause the side to side movement capability of the TV once mounted lets you mount the wall plate on the studs, then move the (mounted) TV to the side a few inches to make up for it. The instruction sheet that comes with it is useless. A few pictograms on a paper, all of which are VERY small & hard to see. But installation is so simple, it really was not needed. Well worth the reasonable price.

This was the easiest wall mount I have ever put up. It didn't have to be put together, it came fully assembled. I had to drill 4 holes put the wall anchors in and put the mount up. We mounted our 55" TV so it took myself and my daughter and husband to lift it up to put it on the mount. But it works just as the add says and the price is great also.
