Awesome multivitamin
My husband who is getting older in age has asked me to find him a vitamin that is all in one because he struggles remembering to take things. After long hours of research this has been number one. He now has taken this specific vitamin for 6 months straight and says he actually notices a huge difference as far as mental clarity and energy. It's one simple daily pill that is a good size. Love that the package is made of amber glass to keep the potency and shelf life of the vitamins. He will continue to use these vitamins.

Best Whole Food Multi
For me there is no sense to take multivitamins if they are not made from whole foods. The artificial multis aren't as 15 as good as whole foods made one. The Megafood brand is one of the best one well reputable for such whole foods multies I can feel the energy from the formula and there is no change of color of my urine.
