this wok is easy to cook with and clean, put dish soap and water in the wok for 15 min and food remains lift up easily. the cast iron base is heavy but it is well made and sturdy. the flat bottom and rounded in side cooking area creates balance without compromising true wok cooking capability. i would recommend.
