Delicious when microwaved

Consistently high quality and great tasting fish fillets. They're delicious microwaved -- I do 3:20, flip halfway through, then let them cool down enough to eat (which also allows them to get a bit crispier on the outside). This way they can be enjoyed quite quickly and virtually fat-free.

Good for cheap protein

I eat this basically every day in order to get my fish and Omegas. Sometimes however the fish gets rubbery when trying to defrost it in certain microwaves. Bigger ones do better. I put 4 pieces in for 4 mins at 60% power, then cut them up, then back in for 2 minutes at max power. Perfect every time. I use similar techniques with frozen chicken patties %26 other foods that say you need ovens. Works like a charm.

the breading on these is so good! the fish actually looks and tastes like fish, the breading has a crumbly texture with a tasty seasoned crunch in each bite. Less greasy than beer batter, but just as flavorful. (try pan fried instead of baked...less healthy, but better overall texture and taste)
