So easy even a 73 year-old man can set it up.

I am a 73 year-old retired Marine. I wanted all my files, pictures, music and programs backed up if one of our computers failed. I had my IT employed son on stand by to help me with the installation of my My-Cloud Expert SeriesEX4100. I unboxed the unit, looked through the quick start information and decided that I couldn't mess it up more than he could fix. In less than an hour, I had it attached to my home network and purring like a kitten. I proceeded to each of my home computers and selected the frequency and files to back up. I then set up each of our kids and grandkids with permissions as to what they could view and/or contribute to. Incredibly easy to set up. I went with a 40TB unit so I could have a RAID system to protect against one drive failing. This unit replaced a ten year-old MyCloud 4 TB that reached end of life. Never had one problem with it so -stay with what works.
