Carnation evaporated milk is a pantry staple at my house. I keep the large and small cans on hand to use in mac and cheese, sauces, casseroles and soups. Also, if I'm out of regular milk for cakes, etc. I simply dilute it with water (a 1:1 ratio). I highly recommend Nestle Carnation evaporated milk!
