Decent shake but the clumps are hard to swallow
Have been buying these for the last 2 months because they have the hmb for muscle loss durning weight loss, I really want to love these but the clumps are really getting to me! That's even shaking the bottle for a good 20 minutes prior to drinking! Please please do something about this!! These shake help so much but I can't take the clumps it's very gagging! And I don't think any other brand makes them with hmb or I would switch to them.

Hard to swallow!
I've bought several 4-packs of this in both flavors and although I finished all of them, I have to give them a rest for awhile. I appreciate the "advance" formula with its extra ingredients to help offset lost muscle mass, but the lumpy mud at the bottom of every container was starting to make me gag! Abbott Labs, isn't there something you can do to make this product more palatable?

Same feedback as others
I was hopeful that other reviewers just didn't shake appropriately. But, alas, horribly clumpy and I shook it so hard and for so long, I broke a bit of a sweat. Also caused stomach distress with all 4 shakes in the pack. I bought 3-4 packs, I wont be drinking the other 2.
