Tripp Lite Isobar 8-Outlet Surge Protector w/ 25ft Cord, 3840 Joules

Bought this one primarily for lightning protection. Have had extremely good luck in the past. During a recent near hit lightning event all devices on isobars survived with no damage. Other non-isobar protected strips were damaged along with some of the protected equipment. Decided to spend the extra money and protect remaining equipment with isobars. Longer line cord eliminates an otherwise required extension cord. I have used isobars to eliminate generator hum in portable sound systems for many years and they do an excellent job.

These are absolutely great surge suppressors. I have been buying these since 2011 and had 1 fail, from 2011, and just a quick call to the Tripp Lite professionals and I had my replacement within a week. The protector sacrificed itself and everything plugged in was saved. That was a big surprise because I had two Alexa plugs, my iPad, my iPhone, and my land line on this protector.
