Best sleep system out there. 

I suffered for years as a side-sleeper, from back and neck pain to headaches to repeated trips to the chiropractor. I was at my wit's end until this arrived! I am so comfortable and look forward to good sleep every night, with no soreness the next day. The arm design allowing full movement is better than anything on the market! The pillow insert is so helpful. I want this pillow with me when I travel and hope a travel-sized option is available soon. Until then, I will drive with the amazing wedge wherever I go. The extra J pillow is unnecessary and actually counter-productive. In hot climates, the extra insulation on the whole body is excruciating. It's bad for my neck and I resent being forced to buy it. I lowered my “Quality” and “Comfort” rating due to this. But I ADORE the wedge part. Thank you! It changed my life!!!

Best pillow combo ever

This shoulder relief system has completely changed the way I sleep. I was constantly having my arms go numb before getting this pillow system and now it has fixed the issue. Best sleep I've had in years!  I wake up with a loose back, no stiffness. Absolutely recommend for any other side sleepers that have arms going numb. Helps keep me in place as well, I roll a lot. I stay still most of the night now. Wonderful pillow.
